Obesity levels are skyrocketing in this country and around the world that people are actually dying from it! Can you believe that a fundamental thing we do for survival can really lead us to our graves? Food is supposed to be the fuel that enables our bodies to function, but recently, it has become the culprit behind impossibly huge midsections that lead to unhealthy cholesterol and blood sugar levels, diabetes and even stomach and colon cancers. Too much of it, anyway. 4. Lead a healthy lifestyle.

This rule simply involves getting enough rest, staying away from vices and managing your stress. A life lived clean and balanced is a sure way to your weight loss goals.
