Arrival by car:
From Lausanne/Bern/San Bernardino and France: Highway A1 (N1):
take the exit Genve-Lac (be aware of the numerous radar speed traps in the city and at the highway exits leading to Geneva... there is one at this exit too...) and
follow straight to the Route de Lausanne, and the Rue de Lausanne for approximately 3.5 kilometres.
After the traffic light of the Avenue de France junction,
take the third street on your left (Rue Jean-Charles Amat) and
turn left twice to come back to the Rue de Lausanne.
(you have to turn around the block of buildings in order to come back to the Rue de Lausanne on the opposite way it is forbidden to turn into the Rue Butini when coming from the highway exit).
Take the first street on your right,
you are now in the Rue Butini and Minotel Longchamp can be found at 150 metres further down on your right.
From Geneva airport (Genve-Cointrin):
direction of Geneva, follow the Route de Ferneyand the Avenue de France for approximately 2 kilometres,
turn right to the Rue de Lausanne.
Take the third street (Rue Jean-Charles Amat) and
turn left twice to come back to the Rue de Lausanne
(you have to turn around the block of buildings in order to come back to the Rue de Lausanne on the opposite way it is forbidden to turn into the Rue Butini when coming from the highway exit).
Take the first street on your right,
you are now in the Rue Butini and Minotel Longchamp can be found at 150 metres further down on your right.
From Evian/Thonon-les-Bains (France) on the main road (N5):
follow the embarkment Quai Gustave Ador and cross the bridge Pont du Mont-Blanc,
turn right to follow the embarkment called Quai du Mont-Blanc for approximately 150 metres,
turn left into the street Rue des Alpes up to the end of it,
turn right to Rue de Lausanne,
at approximately 700 metres turn left into the street Rue Butini,
Minotel Longchamp can be found at 150 metres further down on your right.
You will be able to find some parking space on the street or at the Wilson car park (indoor, admission charge) which its entrance is located at approximately 300 metres: follow the Rue Butini, right into the street Rue des Pquis and turn left twice to the embarkment called Quai Wilson.
Arrival by train and public transports:
from the train station Genve-Cornavin which is located at approximately 1 kilometre from the hotel,
take the tram N 13 or 15 of the TPG company, direction of Nation
or the bus N 1, direction of Jardin Botanique: 2nd stop called Butini,
you are at approximately 200 metres from the hotel, just follow the tram rail and
turn to the 2nd street on your right Rue Butini.
These lines are running weekdays approximately every 10 minutes, weekend and holidays every 15 minutes
or
you may choose the shuttle Paquis N1, direction Wilson:
4th stop called Wilson, when coming out of the bus on your right hand side, within 30 metres,
you will find the Rue Butini on your left.
This line runs weekdays, approximately every 10 minutes during day time and approximately every 20 minutes in the evening, during weekends and holidays.
