Asics Gel Kayano 17-The BEST Running Shoes!

TheAsics Gel  Kayano 17 has been reported to work great with orthotics, which can be tougher to do than some realize. Also, Asics has kept the women-specific features on the shoe, such as a soft top DuoMax for more cushioning from heel to forefoot. There is also additional heel height to relieve pressure on the Achilles tendon and because women’sshoes don’t need to support as much weight as men’s shoes , the foam used for cushioning is lower density, Kayano 17. which means it is softer in both heel and forefoot. Asics has a few different stability running shoes, another great stability shoe is the Asics GT-2160. The biggest difference with these shoes is the weight, the GT-2160 is nearly a whole ounce lighter, but realize that is because there is more cushioning on the Asics Gel Kayano 17. Also, the Asics Gel  Kayano 17 is a stability shoe that will also work great if you are heavier than the average runner, but I would not recommend the GT-2160 if you are a heavier runner.
