TEMPE, Ariz. - The Arizona Cardinals 41-7 loss to the Atlanta Falcons, now four days ago, is still stinging for one particular Cardinal.
Cardinal safety and team captain Adrian Wilson Jersey hasn't let the bad taste of the game out of his mouth.
Adrian Wilson Jersey was brief in talking with reporters on Thursday and decided not to say much because he knew most of what he would say would not be good.
"I don't really have anything nice to say," Adrian Wilson Jersey said. "I mean we got whupped. We didn't even put up a fight so it's hard for me to even say anything right now. Everything that I say is going to be negative and I don't want to go that route."
The Cardinals gave up 221 yards rushing, 223 yards passing and 41 points in Atlanta.
The Falcons were able to get 33 first downs, a handful of them because of Cardinal penalties. The Cardinals were flagged a total of 10 times for 109 yards.
Earlier in the week Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt used the word "embarrassed" when talking about the loss and the way the team played. m
Wilson's partner in the secondary, Kerry Rhodes, feels frustrated as well but doesn't want to let it linger too much and have an affect on the team long term.
"[It was] embarrassing,NCAA Jerseys, but it's just one game."
