Writing and Reading English: This is one of the biggest concerns when hiring someone overseas for small business outsourcing. To my surprise and I am careful in doing my homework, this was absolutely a non-issue. They learn English through elementary school, high school and university. My dedicated worker will be editing this article. Also has high-speed Internet as well. my dedicated representative gets her own incoming/outgoing phone line with unlimited calls with American phone #. So even though my representative is sitting in the Philippines and I am in Toronto, she has a Colorado phone line. I have my companies 1-800 # go directly to her to answer any questions from customers.
